What are the dates of the 2018 Conklin National Convention? |
February 1-3, 2018. The Director Dinner will be held on Wednesday, January 31st. |

When does registration close? |
On-line registration is now closed. Registrations after January 14, will need to be processed on-site at the Conklin National Convention on-site registration desk. The registration desk will open at 9am on Thursday, Feb 1. If you haven’t pre-purchased your Pre-Convention Seminar ticket, you can purchase your ticket on-site at the Pre-Convention Seminar ticket table prior to 10am on Thursday, Feb 1. |

Will there be a pre-convention seminar this year? |
Yes – it is optional and $30 tickets are available for purchase online and on-site. |
Are meals included with my registration fee? |
All meals are at the expense of the attendee. |
When will my credit card be charged the registration fee? |
Credit cards will be charged when you register for National Convention. |
What if I need to cancel my registration? |
Cancellations received up to Dec. 20, 2017, will be charged a $50 administrative fee per person. The $50 will be deducted from your registration fee and the remainder of the registration fee will be credited back to the payment method used to register. Cancellations received between Dec. 21, 2017, and Jan. 14, 2018, will be charged $100 per person. The $100 will be deducted from your registration fee and the remainder of the registration fee will be credited back to the payment method used to register. Convention fee is non-refundable after Jan. 14, 2018. |

You can go to www.conklinnationalconvention.com or www.conklin.com/2018nc to register. Or you can go to the Conklin website, select the Training & Events link, then click on the 2018 Conklin National Convention link to register. |
Is there a host hotel? |
The Hiltons of Branson are offering a discounted rate of $116/night plus tax to all Conklin National Convention attendees. Room availability is limited, so make your reservation early by calling the hotel directly. |
Do I call the Hilton directly to book or change a hotel room? |
Reservations for the Hilton Convention Center Hotel and the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing will be made by YOU calling the hotel directly. The Hilton Convention Center Hotel will fill up fast; don’t hesitate to make your reservation. The following information will be in your confirmation letter after completing your registration to reference when you call the hotel to make your reservation. What is the dress code for the Convention? |
Dress code for all General Sessions and workshops is business dress. The President’s Club Dinner and Gala Banquet is business dress or formal attire (suit or tux for men, dressy pant suits or dresses for ladies). |
How much are Friday evening session and Gala Banquet tickets? |
Friday evening session tickets are $20 and Gala Banquet tickets are $70 per general seating ticket. |
Can I reserve a table for the Gala Banquet? |

Who can attend the Conklin National Convention? |
All individuals who have a Conklin Account Number and children age 13 and older, with a paid registration/name badge, are invited to attend all General Sessions, workshops and Friday evening session. |
Are children allowed to attend? |
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to attend any part of the National Convention including the President’s Club Dinner, Friday evening session and the Gala Banquet. Children age 13 and older who would like to attend General Sessions, workshops and product Exhibits, must have a paid registration/name badge in order to gain entry into these events. Tickets will be available to purchase for children age 13 and older who want to attend Friday evening session and/or the Gala Banquet only. For liability, safety and security reasons, the Hiltons of Branson & Convention Center have requested that no children are to be left unattended in elevators, sleeping rooms or public spaces throughout the facility. Children under the age of 13, including infants, will not be allowed in the pre-function space outside of Taneycomo Ballroom or on the main concourse where all Convention-related activities are scheduled. |
Can I bring a guest to the Conklin National Convention? |
The Conklin National Convention is for Independent Distributors only. Guests are not allowed in General Sessions, workshops, etc., however, guests can attend the Friday evening session and Gala Banquet if they are age 13 or older with a paid ticket. |
